We take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us of the damage within 7 business days of the delivery date.

  • The damaged product must be returned to us in its original packaging before a replacement is issued.

  • Proof of damage (e.g., photos of the item and packaging) may be required to process your return.
